This is just a quick update to let everyone know that after 2 years and 3 months,  I have finally completed Archer’s birth story. I think better late than never applies here and yet, now that I’ve written it, I honestly don’t know what took me so long! I’m so happy I have finally written it so I never forget the details of that day. If you’re still interested in reading it after all this time, you can find it on the “Our Miracle Boy” page.

Also, we had an appointment with my OB yesterday and everything looked good. Baby girl is doing great and still measuring several days ahead. It’s no big surprise since both the hubby and I are tall, but looks like baby girl is going to be tall like her brother. We also have the date set for our c-section delivery. It will be May 4th as we requested. The force will be strong with this one. 🙂

The only possible issue with this day, is my doctor is set to be on jury duty that entire week, but she was firm that she would make this day happen for us. So we’ll be having an evening delivery after she’s out of court for the day. Barring anything crazy happening that might keep her in court longer than anticipated, this is the plan. And the good thing about her being scheduled for jury duty that entire week, is her schedule is completely blocked off so she won’t have any other conflicts. Did I mention how much we love this woman? If you read Archer’s birth story, you’ll see that she went above and beyond to be there for us on that day too. She is simply amazing and we love her.

I’m 30 weeks tomorrow so we’re only 7 weeks away! I’m extremely excited and also a little panicked about all the things we still need to do to get ready.

That was basically it for the appointment. We didn’t discuss the placenta issue at all because we’ll be seeing the specialist on the 27th and we’ll know more then. Please keep me in your prayers and send positive thoughts that we can have this delivery with no complications with the placenta and keep my uterus!

I will update more after the 27th. One last thing though, I just wanted to thank everyone who commented or liked my last update and also my test post to see who could see my posts. It appears that the weird issue with my posts not showing up in the WordPress reader feed has been resolved and at least some of you are still seeing my posts now. This is a huge relief. I am planning to keep this blog updated much more regularly from now on and even when I wasn’t writing and updating, I was always reading. I don’t always comment because I’m often reading at the end of the day when I’m too sleep to say anything, but know that I’m still here and I still care for all of you. I am constantly sending prayers and positive thoughts to all of you.
